We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as our products are print-on-demand and created specifically for each order, we follow a limited exchange policy.
Customers must notify us within four days of receiving their order if they wish to request an exchange. The product must be in unused condition, with the original sticker label attached, folded properly, and securely packed to avoid damage during return transit. Without proper packaging and labeling, the exchange request cannot be processed.
Exchanges are not applicable to customized or personalized products, or for items damaged due to mishandling.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@teepizzazz.com within four days of delivery. Customers are required to ship the product back to us. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect. Once the returned item passes quality inspection, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement.
Refunds are not offered, as every product is manufactured only after an order is placed.
